COMMISSIONS PROCESS:
Each custom build takes 15-20 total hours to complete.
Waitlist/Quote: Please send a DM to @jonyfraze on Discord to reserve a spot on the waitlist, obtain a quote, and discuss details. Once everything is finalized, a $100 non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a spot, which will be applied toward the build. This deposit helps ensure commitment and prevents delays in the queue.
Graphics Work Begins: Once your final payment is received, I’ll begin working on your graphics when your spot in the queue comes up (posted below).
Parts Ordered: After you approve the final graphics, I’ll order all necessary parts from trusted vendors like Arcade Shock and Focus Attack. Parts usually arrive within one week.
Prep Work: While waiting for the parts, I’ll manufacture the enclosure and print/cut your custom graphics so everything’s ready when the parts arrive.
Build Day: Once all parts are received and verified, I’ll schedule the build. I typically stream the build on Twitch and YouTube—please let me know if you’d prefer not to be featured.
Testing & Photos: After assembly, I run final testing and take high-quality photos of your completed stick.
Shipping: The build is carefully packed and shipped with insurance and signature confirmation to avoid fraud.
GRAPHICS & REVISION POLICY:
• This service is for digital, collage-style graphic only. It does not include any original drawings / illustrations. If you are looking for an original/custom illustrations, please commission an artist ahead of time before requesting a build.
• 4 Hours Max of Design Time.
• Please be 100% prepared with your theme to ensure a smooth experience, avoid multiple revisions, and incurring extra design fees.
• 1 Major Revision (such as Character Swap, Background Swap)
• 2 Minor Edits (small adjustments such as placement)
• You have 2 days to respond to any changes.
